​The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) conducts intelligence, security and information operations for military commanders and national decision makers.


Defense Logistics Agency: 
Defense Logistics Agency is one of 140 Agencies located on Ft Belvoir. As America’s combat logistics support agency, the Defense Logistics Agency provides the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, other federal agencies and partner nation armed forces with a full spectrum of logistics, acquisition and technical services. DLA sources and provides nearly all of the consumable items America’s military forces need to operate – from food, fuel and energy to uniforms, medical supplies and construction material. 

DLA also supplies nearly 90 percent of the military’s spare parts, manages the reutilization of military equipment, provides catalogs and other logistics information products, and offers document automation and production services to a host of military and federal agencies. Headquartered at Fort Belvoir, Virginia, DLA is a global enterprise – wherever the United States has a significant military presence, DLA is there to support.

United States Army Cyber Command
Our Mission: United States Army Cyber Command and Second Army directs and conducts integrated electronic warfare, information and cyberspace operations as authorized, or directed, to ensure freedom of action in and through cyberspace and the information environment, and to deny the same to our adversaries.


MICC-Fort Belvoir 
MICC-Fort Belvoir is one of 140 Agencies located on Ft Belvoir. They provide all contracting support to Fort Belvoir Garrison and other tenant organizations at Fort Belvoir, Va., Fort Meade, Md., the Military District of Washington, Fort Detrick, Md., Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, Va., and Fort A.P. Hill, Va., as well as many of the tenants on Fort Belvoir. In addition, they support all non-medical procurements for Walter Reed Army Medical Center.

Types of supplies, construction and services they procure include:

Construction: Barracks, dining facilities, maintenance shops, hangars, hospitals, airfields, roads, levees, damns, hazardous and toxic waste remediation, and dredging
Engineering services: Concept studies, master planning, engineering studies, all types of surveying and mapping, engineering design and construction, and inspections services
Other services: Trash collection, grass mowing, janitorial, oversight and maintenance of recreational parks, information technology, and real estate appraisal
Supplies and equipment: Generators, heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment, kitchen equipment, electronic gear, petroleum products, repair parts, lumber, cement, computers and peripheral equipment, and publications.
 
The Defense Technical Information Center 
The Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC®) is one of 140 Agencies located on Ft Belvoir. Their mission is to provide essential, technical research, development, testing and evaluation (RDT&E) information rapidly, accurately and reliably to support their DoD customers' needs.

These areas of responsibility support ASD(R&E) in their efforts to mitigate new and emerging threat capabilities, enable affordable new or extended capabilities in existing military systems, and develop technology surprise through science and engineering.

DTIC also manages the Information Analysis Centers, which provide essential technical analysis and data support to a diverse customer base, to include the Combatant Commands (CCMDs), the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Defense Agencies, and the Military Services. IACs actively partner and collaborate with Defense research and engineering focus groups and communities of interest in cyber, homeland defense and defense systems. They are staffed with scientists, engineers and information specialists to provide research and analysis to customers with diverse, complex and challenging requirements.

PEO EIS
PEO EIS is one of 140 Agencies located on Ft Belvoir. Their Mission is to enable information dominance for every Soldier by rapidly delivering innovative and cost-effective IT solutions connecting the global Army.PEO EIS is comprised of 34 acquisition programs, crossing all functional domains, in all acquisition life cycle phases. Through the hard work and dedication of a workforce of military, government civilians, and contractor support, PEO EIS successfully manages approximately $3.5 billion in IT investments and fields systems around the globe. These systems support Army and DOD-wide communications, logistics, medical, finance, personnel, biometrics, training and procurement operations.
