The DoD’s issued interim rule 48 CFR Parts 204, 212, 217, and 252, which compels contractors to adhere to DoD prescribed cybersecurity requirements. This interim rule went into effect on November 30 and implements both the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication (SP) 800–171 DoD Assessment Methodology and the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Framework.
In addition to NIST and CMMC, the webinar introduces attendees to the value of ISO, CMMI, and SOC services that are more and more a condition of doing business with customers
