STARS III is a 50 Billion dollar 8(a) Set Aside GWAC for IT Services, carrying a potential 13 year performance period. With the cancellation of the Alliant 2 Small Business RFP, STARS III will be a premier IT contract vehicle for the next decade.

While emphasizing a zero margin for error proposal threshold, the STARS III RFP contains a number of new and complex provisions unseen in federal solicitations.

This webinar will highlight critical proposal issues in STARS III.  Any firm or JV planning to submit a STARS III proposal should benefit from the presentation.
