Anjali Kottha has over 10 years of experience in engineering and management appraising services. Before that, she worked at The Cleveland Clinic and developed various clinically applicable software programs. Anjali is an active member of Toastmasters as her club Treasurer. She is also a strong supporter of the YWCA Women’s Leadership Institute. She recently accepted the nomination to serve on her high school Alumni Board.

Dushyant Lowe is the founder and Managing Partner of Nitya, LLC, a SBA 8a certified public accounting & advisory firm serving clients across a variety of industries with its niche focus on the government contracting community. He has more than 18 years of experience as a practicing CPA serving small to mid-size businesses with a significant focus on income tax planning and compliance, accounting, specialized government contract consulting and CFO advisory. Dushyant received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Delhi. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Maryland and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI); he also received the designation of Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) from the AICPA.

Dan Zavodnick has provided over 17 years of comprehensive legal and regulatory counsel to a wide range of organizations, from large multinational corporations to early-stage startups. Dan has advised clients on compliantly maximizing their Employee Retention Credit (ERC) claims since the inception of the program and has successfully filed over $50,000,000 in such claims since the inception of the program. Dan received his Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law and his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
